I live in a flat, does this change the cost?
If you include this within your enquiry, and state which floor you live on we will be able to quote accordingly. With flats, we understand there can be access issues in regards to stairs or elevators. It often takes longer to clear rubbish from a flat due to these issues, so we have to bare this in mind when quoting.
I do not live in derby, can you collect in my absence?
We can collect the rubbish in your absence, as long as it is left accessible for the team. If the rubbish is within your property, you may need to organise someone to be at the property to meet us or leave the keys/post the keys to our office.
