I am in Nottingham, when can you collect my rubbish?
We cover Nottingham on set days of the week. These days are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will always aim to provide you with the soonest collection, subject to our current availability. Please note, we do not accept time requests and we will inform you of the time slot the day before via text message.
Will it cost me extra for the collection as you are not based in Nottingham?
It will not cost you any extra. Although we are not based in Nottingham, it is an area that we frequent and do a lot of work in. The only way there will be an additional charge is if you have added to the collection, therefore we will need to charge extra to cover the costs of disposal.
I will not be at the property at the time of collection, will this be ok?
This is no problem at all. As long as the rubbish is left accessible, we will be able to collect in your absence and email you over the invoice for payment. If the waste is within your property, we would ask for you to arrange someone to meet us there or you can post the keys to our office.
Can you come and quote the rubbish removal in person?
This is not something that we currently offer. This is due to us not being based within Nottingham, so it is difficult to arrange time for a quotation visit. For a quote, we ask you to send images of the rubbish needing to be removed directly to us.
