Our prices vary based on volume on weight. We ask for a photo of each room/area to clear to be able to provide a quote clearly showing everything to remove.
Our vans can carry a maximum of 1,000kg and so please bare this in mind. Large quantities of rubble may be more cost effect by using a skip company.
However, if you have access issues, or the type of waste is all mixed, we will be glad to help.

We aim to clear within 3 working days from request. Depending on demand we can come sooner than this, or a bit after this time, but this is a typical lead time.
We will arrive with a team of men, who will bring the appropriate number of vans also based on the photos sent when quoted.
They will load our vehicles before instructing the job to be invoiced before taking the waste to a commercial waste site to be disposed of correctly.
Your invoice will have all of our details for your records that the waste has been disposed of correctly.

The biggest problem with left over builders rubble is its weight, as most vehicles, even ours, are weight restricted. This means that it might take several trips to remove all the waste so using any of the methods above to reduce the amount that needs to be taken away makes sense.
Another option may be to spread the cost of the removal of the rubble by doing it in stages rather than leaving it to build up and have it all removed at the end when it has become a much weightier problem. This has the added advantage of keeping your working area clear too.
